Today, I am going to squeeze a few recipe ideas into one post, using 1 main ingredient... Italian Style Meatballs Or should I name it,  The Versatile Meatballs ?(≧▽≦) I love the texture of these homemade meatballs! Durum wheat semolina flour replace breadcrumbs, together with milk, it results in a softer meatball texture that's not dry. Lil K is very fussy when it comes to minced meat and yet he liked the meatball meals I had been serving him, that means this recipe is for keeps! And Mini K had been reminding me that he loved "Mummy's meatball pasta"! But don't worry, the recipe ideas at the end of this post are not going to be all pasta dishes in different sauces! This recipe of Luncheon Meat Katsu Don is a twist to my  Katsu Don  post awhile ago. I used Highway's Ham Luncheon Meat in Spicy flavor, s urprisingly the taste blended in with the flavorful egg therefore I must note down this recipe here! I really think luncheon meat goes very well with egg!
