Hello! I'm sharing an easy drop cookie recipe, Peanut Butter Cookie , today. The name says it all, this recipe contains peanut butter. Please avoid using chunky peanut butter, I'm using Skippy brand's creamy peanut butter in their new convenient squeeze pouch. I don't bake often enough to say I'm an experience home baker. To me, baking cookie is so much easier compared to baking cakes. On days when I need a quick & easy cookie recipe, this never fails me!
