Hello, everyone! It's been awhile since I last updated any recipe (≧∇≦) Today's recipe of Panfried Vegetarian Oyster Sauce Chicken Chop is adapted from my original recipe post  here . Tweaked the recipe a little & using Woh Hup's Shiitake Mushroom sauce, which is an alternative to oyster sauce for vegetarians and non shell-food eaters. I used Highway's Ham Luncheon Meat in Spicy flavor, s urprisingly the taste blended in with the flavorful egg therefore I must note down this recipe here! I really think luncheon meat goes very well with egg! Pulut Hitam Kanten which is Black Glutinous Rice Agar Agar. Usually bubur pulut hitam is eaten hot like sweet porridge with a drizzle of coconut milk/cream but my mum made it as kanten that's eaten chilled. Very refreshing for a change!
