Today, I am going to squeeze a few recipe ideas into one post, using 1 main ingredient... Italian Style Meatballs Or should I name it,  The Versatile Meatballs ?(≧▽≦) I love the texture of these homemade meatballs! Durum wheat semolina flour replace breadcrumbs, together with milk, it results in a softer meatball texture that's not dry. Lil K is very fussy when it comes to minced meat and yet he liked the meatball meals I had been serving him, that means this recipe is for keeps! And Mini K had been reminding me that he loved "Mummy's meatball pasta"! But don't worry, the recipe ideas at the end of this post are not going to be all pasta dishes in different sauces! Snack your way with The Laughing Cow Cheeses! This " Ham & Cream Cheese Pocket French Toast " is an easy recipe and can be done quickly. It still taste good after cooled to room temperature, thanks to the creamy cheese spread that doesn't harden within! I'll be packing these for the kids' snack box! Ingredients: (Makes 1) 2 slices of bread 1 portion of The Laughing Cow Cheese (Note 1) Ham (cut out using a round cutter OR simply cut to small squares) 1 Egg, beaten and add 1/2 tsp Sugar 20ml Fresh Milk 1 knob of Butter plus some oil to grease pan Optional Tools: Round shaper cutter OR a round container Melted Chocolate & Cheese (for Winnie the Pooh's features) Method: •Using a round cutter or similar round container/bowl, press on the bread to cut out circles. I just got myself an Airfryer and have been experimenting with some recipes. This Tom Yum Grilled Chicken is my trial recipe which worked! It's so easy to make and perfect for salad or as a sandwich filling. Plus point is, the airfryer doesn't dry out the chicken breast meat. I'm definitely gonna cook a bigger portion the next round ✌️ Edited Recipe , using 2 Chicken Thighs.  The flavor is not over powering, even 2yo Mini K had some for dinner! 😋 Ingredient: 2 Large Chicken Thighs, Boneless Seasoning: 1cube Knorr Tom Yum stock cube 1tsp Sugar 1tsp Garlic powder 1tsp Light Soy Sauce 4tsp Sake 4tsp Mirin Dashes of Black Pepper 1TBS Cornflour Method: •Wash & pat dry chicken thighs, make some slits on the flesh with a knife. •Mash a cube of Knorr Tom Yum stock cube & add in all the seasonings, except Cornflour.
