Hi!!! Thanks for popping by! MamaBerl says.... This is officially the first post! Lol 😆 I finally kick start my blog right on the half mark of year 2016! Starting with an easy recipe, using seasonings easily found in the kitchen! Ok. Maybe the complex part is wrapping of the chicken! Pandan leaf chicken , a common appetiser dish at Thai restaurants. It's pieces of chicken stuffed & wrapped in pandan leaves , usually fried & served with a sweet chilli dip. 😋😋 This dish is often a hit with Lil K but at times, a miss. He doesn't really like heavily spiced flavors, particularly pepper/lemongrass. So, I attempt a MamaBerl's version. Using seasonings that my guys will approve!
