Hi! I'm back with another blog post, a tutorial on how to make Deco Egg Sheet :) The egg sheets I make are more like a thin egg omelette, without adding corn starch, that's the way K-bros prefer. Adding corn starch results in a smoother egg sheet but also a more rubbery texture. I'm sharing the making of snowmen egg sheet here. Let's begin! ↖(^ω^)↗ Ingredients: 2 Eggs ½ tsp Sugar Carrot, slice & parboiled Crabstick, parboiled Black Sesame Seeds Sushi seaweed (optional) Tiny bit of Mayo Oil to grease pan Tools: Flat frying Pan & Spatula Choice of Bento/Lunch Box Cutting board Teaspoon Toothpick Cutters (depends on your design) Method: •Prepare 2 small bowls, A & B. Crack 1 egg into bowl A. I used Highway's Ham Luncheon Meat in Spicy flavor, s urprisingly the taste blended in with the flavorful egg therefore I must note down this recipe here! I really think luncheon meat goes very well with egg! 。. .。.:*・゜゚・* Season's Greetings to all! *・゜゚・*:.。..。 Today's tutorial is inspired by the very magical Mickey Mouse imprint hard boiled egg I had at Tokyo Disneyland last year! Quite a number of my friends "WoW" at the egg when I posted the photo then.
