Travel • Pattaya-Bangkok (June 2018)
We went to Pattaya via Bangkok during the mid-year school holiday. An almost immediate thought that crosses people's mind would be,
"huh,Pattaya? Got things for kids meh?" (Translate: Is Pattaya a kids-friendly destination?)
Yes, there are aplenty of kids-friendly activities!
Not that we had a lot of time to cover them all...
Well, we had 5 days in Pattaya! On the 6th day, we were back to Bangkok where we stayed 3 nights...just to satisfyeveryone mama's retail therapy needs! *\(^o^)/*
Here's what we did!
Day 1
•Arrived at Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport, transferred to a private coach bound for Pattaya, which we pre-booked on Klook .
•Check-in to Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort.
Day 2
•Cartoon Network Amazone Water Park
•Dinner at Harborland Pattaya
Day 4
We booked a taxi driver for an entire day at THB1000 and visited:
•Swiss Sheep Farm
•Silverlake Vineyard
•Khao Chi Chan Buddha (Buddha Mountain)
•Dinner at Central Festival Mall, which was about 20 minutes walk from the resort we stayed in.
Day 6
•We booked the same taxi driver as Day 4, to send us to Bangkok at THB1500. He drove a spacious Toyota Innova.
•Check-in to Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit
We spent the rest of our holiday shopping;eat;shopping;eat. Repeat!
We covered Terminal21, Platinum Mall, MBK, Chatuchak weekend market, Talad Neon Night Market, Chinatown.
There were definitely more activity options in Pattaya which we did not get to do (by choice) and definitely even more which we did not do and eat in Bangkok (Limit by time!!)...(´-`)
There's always another trip because there's a travel bug in me! Haa!

Very spacious room. A twin-bed configuration can nicely accomodate 4 persons. However we had the couch converted to a bed, FOC. |

Lil K even had his first taste of fried insect! This was on his to-do list! (⌒o⌒) |
